Hi,

When I saw the theme I loved it,something though is not quite as it should be.

The header has become a whole page..blue header. can't get the look which comes if you press 'bottom of page' to appear on 'home'. On home only rss and my own slider image not yours.

No menus on the foot of page only posts. I am no novice at editing Wordpress themes but something is not right and I believe its because the header is a full image on the homepage.

Hi,
your header problem is due to the widgets you added to the "header widget area". That area is intented to be for "small" widgets, and yours definitely aren't small :)
Try to move the image slider and the rss feed widgets in the right sidebar

Hi Kate,
the problem comes from the rss and slideshow widgets you set in the "header-widget-area".
Header-widget-area is made for small widgets (I'm talking about height), so just remove it and place it somewhere else and the header problem will be solved.

About the footer menu, you should set it in Appearance _> Menu.

I'll see what I can do. I can remove the slideshow and RSS for now. See how that goes.

It looks better now but..

Is there a reason for no scroll bars in the post?

Yes, scrollbar it's outside because we don't like it inside :)
And, if your following question is "is there a way to put it inside?", no there isn't a way, the theme is build to have no scrollbar inside ;)
